Who do we serve?

We primarily serve the home, and you, our clients, when we do business.

In general, a typical home inspection firm in a potential purchase situation would not answer to the buyer, their agent, or even your agent. They would give you the information you need to deal with the question “do we want to buy this house?” It won’t be a simple yes or no but any concerns they have would reflect their willingness to own it themselves and have their own families live in it.

Since our market does not involve the 'potential purchase' scenario, our loyalties are even simpler and one-sided. There is no agent and our client is you, the owner. The information is no one else's business.

Repair Estimates

It is not our function to provide you with repair or cost estimates. If we have had similar experiences, we may be able to pass them along, but how you deal with our information or report is entirely up to you. You may never fix what we have pointed out. That’s your choice.

The Free Press section on this site will list a number of contractors, products and services that may be useful in your future efforts but should not be considered as our recommendations. They are independent and get free press release or review space on this site strictly so that you can see what they provide. In exchange, this site gets additional traffic so you can find us, had you been looking for them.

What do we recommend?

We will never tell you what you should do regarding a sell or hold decision. That is different for everyone and is not our role. We can only tell you if a system is working as it should be or if it is nearing the end of its service life. We will point out things you would not otherwise have the opportunity to discover, unless you were a potential purchaser. And we can educate you as to what a certain failure or potential failure might mean down the road.

Our reports are geared so that important details are clearly presented and the top priorities are brought right up front as ‘The Bottom Line’.
