Our Fee Structure

Our fee structure has been designed to account for the regional competitive atmosphere imposed by companies and independents performing pre-purchase home inspections, as well as the nature of the construction and ages of homes in the area.

The number of traditional home inspection firms are relatively few leaving plenty of room for our form of innovation. However, since we do not target pre-purchase situations, our lower prices can be offered to many more prospects, and we have little or no conflict with home inspectors.

We have attempted to do our best in presenting a fair pricing structure. Of particular note is that newly designed homes often have many concealed areas such as finished basements and ceilings, preventing adequate examination.
