He has a degree in Pure and Applied Science as well as a Bachelor of Science. Reputable is pleased to have Phil's services whenever they are needed. He obtained his home inspection training at Seneca College and is working toward his OAHI certification. All of our staff were trained using the Carson Dunlop Program, recognized by OAHI, NASCHI and CAHPI.
These little tabs attached to the roof are called avalanche guards. In winter, they help keep large chunks of snow from sliding off the roof on to front walks, driveways, and the like.
