Let's discuss the Nine Systems of the home

Any home is comprised of nine systems and these systems are the focus of any SMART Program. Reputable’s assessments typically exceed CAHPI standards. We cover the major systems of the home including the roof, structure, electrical, heating, cooling and heat pumps, insulation, plumbing, interior and exterior.

This does not imply that the assessor is able to easily obtain access to all of these system. Our Standards of Practice require that we document any limitations restricting an assessor from viewing a system or structural area.

A SMART Program is an unbiased, visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home.
