Our SMART Program works much like the pre-listing inspection which usually means that a home owner asks a home inspector to visit their home because they are considering selling, and would like to know what problems the buyers, or their inspector, might find.

This is a stressful situation, and is a side-line for the home inspector. Not so with Reputable. This is our primary business model, and it does not have to occur just when selling a home.

Most of you would be more familiar with the pre-purchase inspection which is requested by shoppers of a new home.

NB: Our SMART Program is not intended to replace a pre-purchase inspection. The SMART Program is for home owners interested in assessing the safety and maintenance needs of their existing home.
